Video measuring machine of 2D NC is a precise and effective non-contact optical measuring instrument. It is composed of a series of accessories, such as color CCD Camera & adapter, zoom lens capture card, linear scales, high precision worktable, electronic motor, PC and monitor.
The QuickMeasuring software is able to control the brightness of 40-division lightsource, auto-focus, X,Y and Z-axis auto-movement. TXT, Excel report output immediately, dxf drawing input quickly. The operator can setup auto-program-run in light of different measurement case foe different workpieces, it improve the operators working efficiency effectively and reduce the enterprises cost of human resource obviously.
